Greenwood Village – The Denver Tech Center
The city was founded in 1950 and became a home rule city in 1972. Over the years it has grown from a rural village to a large community. Most of Greenwood Village has upscale home prices, but it is possible to find an affordable town home or condo in the area along the I-25 corridor.
Greenwood Village is home to the Denver Technological Center. It is home to hundreds of corporations, restaurants, small business and employs over 35,000 people.
The area is served by two school districts, Cherry Creek and Littleton.
